Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 3-day return and exchange window. You must submit a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to cases where the product is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from start to finish is provided
Clear images of the damaged or defective product are provided
Valid proof of purchase is available

Failure to provide the required unboxing video and product images will result in automatic rejection of the request.

Return & Exchange Fee

A mandatory fee of ₹100 is applicable for all returns and exchanges. This fee covers reverse shipping, handling, and quality inspection.

For exchanges, the ₹100 fee must be paid in advance before the exchange is processed and the replacement product is dispatched.
For returns with refunds, the ₹100 fee must be paid in advance, and the same ₹100 amount will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Return or exchange processing will begin only after the ₹100 fee is paid.
This fee is non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted only through our website.

To initiate a request:

Visit our website and navigate to the Return / Exchange Request section
Submit your order details along with:
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Our quality team will review your request
You will be notified of the approval or rejection

Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must submit a request within 3 days of delivery, along with the mandatory unboxing video and images.

Once verified and approved, Trendyverse will offer one of the following at its sole discretion:

Replacement
Exchange
Refund

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom-made or personalized products
Perishable goods
Personal care or hygiene products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to:

Payment of the mandatory ₹100 exchange fee in advance
Product availability
Successful quality inspection of the returned item

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

The ₹100 return fee must be paid in advance
The ₹100 fee will also be deducted from the refund amount
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
